Do I need to make a bike reservation ?

We advise you to reserve minimum 48 hours in advance your equipment, on our website (reservations closed 48 hours in advance) or in the shop at any time during our opening hours. We do not take reservations by phone.

Can I come to the shop without a reservation?

You can come to the shop without a reservation and without guarantee of being able to rent a bike.
You can call us to check availability but we are unable to take a reservation on the phone.

What do I do if the weather is bad?

You can call is if the weather is bad.  We will do our best to change your reservation depending on availability.

When and how to I pay for my reservation ?

When making your online reservation you will be asked for a 30% deposit by credit card.  The balance is paid at the shop when you pick up your bike either in cash, credit card (Visa, Master Card), cheque or cheque vacance.

What size bike should I reserve?

When making your online reservation, you will be asked to choose your bike size.
It’s possible 2 sizes are appropriate.

in this case, here are different tips:

  • Choose the available material
  • Choose the material adapted to your morphology, for example if you have large legs and a small bust, prefer the smaller size and reciprocally (this is only a tip, it does not apply to all morphologies)
  • In the mountains, a smaller bike will be more comfortable on climb

What type of pedals come with the bike?

We have different types of pedals, clip in and basket, available at the shop. Please consult the list of pedals available.
If you don’t see the pedals you need on the list please bring your own pedals.
We also rent bike shoes.

How do I pick up my bike?

Your bike can be picked up when the shop is open.
Half day morning rentals start at 8:30am and finish at 1:00 pm the same day
Half day afternoon rentals start at 2:00 pm until 6:30 pm the same day

Full Day rentals are from 8:30am until 6:30 pm the same day
2 day and  2 day + rentals are the same.
If you must pick up your bike the day before your reservation you should reserve/add an extra day to your reservation.

What documents do I need to pick up my bike?

We will ask you for the reservation number you received by e mail, your credit card – (Visa or Mastercard only) and Identity card in the same name as the renter.
Your credit card will not be charged . We keep your card information only for the duration of your rental.

Can I pick up my bike the evening before my reservation?

You can call at 5:00pm the day before your reservation start date.
If available you can pick up your bike before your reserved between 6:30pm and 7:00pm with no extra charge.
If not available the day/evening before your reservation the  bike can be pick up the morning of your reservation.

Can I pick up or return my bike outside shop open hours?

Except when agreed to bike pick up and return is only during shop open hours.

Can I change my reservation?

You want to add, pick up your bike or change your reservation date?
Please contact us to make any changes to your reservation.

What do I do if I need to cancel my reservation?

If you need to cancel your reservation contact us.
If you don’t show up on the day of your reservation, without having informed us, your reservation could be canceled and the bike(s) re rented.
In the event of cancellation your deposit will not be reimbursed except for medical reasons with appropriate medical justification.

Can I extend my rental?

Please, contact us to extend your rental.
Please note, without information from you, the ” one day ” rate will be systematically added per day of delay started.
